Ribera del Duero as excellent."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An Exceptional Harvest Rating Committee, composed of 9 of Spain\u2019s top sommeliers, has awarded the 2015 harvest of the D.O. Ribera del Duero the rating of &#8220;excellent vintage.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>These professionals, hailing from the country\u2019s finest restaurants\u2014together holding a total of 17 Michelin stars\u2014describe the wines of the 2015 vintage as having very violet hues and a narrow rim. In the olfactory phase, fruity tones stand out, while in the gustatory phase, they are defined by excellent balance and high tannic potential.<\/p>\n<p>It has taken three years for the D.O.
