The story of this wine goes back to the birth of Javier Cremades de Adaro in 1924, a wine enthusiast whose lifelong dream was to create unique wines that stayed true to the land. After a long and tireless search, he found the perfect place at the historic estate Real Sitio de Ventosilla to plant vineyards and establish the PRADOREY winery.

– Altitude: between 805 m and 825 m
– Clay soils with a high percentage of limestone
– Organic grapes
– 100% Tempranillo
– Hand harvest
– Limited production: 28,028 bottles
– Aged 15 months in European oak barrels
– APPEARANCE: Deep cherry red color with intense bluish hues, bright and dense
– NOSE: High intensity. A fusion of fruity aromas (notably red fruit) combined with tertiary aromas like vanilla and licorice from barrel aging
– PALATE: Elegant, tasty, and fresh. Combines ripe fruit with velvety tannins, resulting in a very pleasant mouthfeel and an elegant finish
– Perfect with local traditional dishes: roasts, game, and red meats
