It comes from the finest grapes of the Pago Valdelayegua, a vineyard that provides unique qualities to the wine. With an average altitude of 815 meters above sea level, it produces grapes with great color and structure due to the high proportion of calcareous clays, the result of the sedimentation of particles carried in suspension by the Gromejón River millions of years ago.
