Our tasting menu is an invitation to savor the moment. Same philosophy: local and seasonal products, but with a bolder, more dynamic, and surprising twist than the à la carte menu. Each time of year leaves its mark on the dishes: during the Baroque Theater Festival, we reinterpret the flavors of the era; on Valentine’s Day, the cuisine becomes more seductive; in autumn, mushrooms and game take center stage; and at Easter, traditional Lent dishes set the tone.

Our restaurant stands on the most important historic estate in the Ribera del Duero: the Royal Site of Ventosilla, inside a 17th-century palace built by the Duke of Lerma to host King Philip III. Its imposing architecture remains intact — thick stone walls, high ceilings, and two majestic dining rooms presided over by grand fireplaces, where time seems to have stood still.
