In the heart of the Real Sitio de Ventosilla we work with ingredients closely connected to our surroundings. Part of our produce is born and raised on our own estate —beef, lamb, game, apples, honey, milk and cheeses— while the rest is selected from nearby producers who share our same philosophy of quality and respect for the land.
