Peñín Guide and the Hall of the Best Wines of Spain

PRADOREY WINES PRESENT ON THE PODIUM OF THE 19TH HALL OF THE BEST WINES OF SPAIN ORGANIZED BY THE PEÑÍN GUIDE

Pradorey will be part of the exclusive Podium Wines category with six outstanding wines rated between 90 and 95 points.

Madrid, October 2018. The Peñín Guide will open the doors to the nineteenth edition of the Hall of the Best Wines of Spain on October 29 and 30 at the IFEMA Exhibition Center. This unique event will showcase the best wines from the most prominent wineries in the Spanish wine industry. Undoubtedly, this is the most important wine event of the year, bringing together and concentrating the most exclusive oenological innovations while attracting top professionals and wine enthusiasts.

In this edition, Pradorey will exhibit its wines in the highest category of the event, the Podium Wines, which includes all wineries with wines considered exceptional and rated above 95 points in the new edition of the guide. With this classification, Bodegas y Viñedos Pradorey’s commitment to quality and innovation is once again recognized by the prestigious Peñín Guide.

The Hall of Great Wines is the most anticipated event for wine lovers, not only because it features exclusively the highest-rated wines in the latest edition of the Peñín Guide but also because attendees have the opportunity to taste extraordinary wines, including limited-production wines and those not yet released to the market. This is the case for Pradorey, which, in addition to showcasing new vintages of Pradorey Finca La Mina, El Cuentista, Adaro, Pradorey Élite, and El Buen Alfarero, will present a previously unreleased wine that will only be available for discovery at this event.

For the second consecutive year, the event is organized around the ratings, segmenting wines into Unique Wines, Excellent Wines, and Podium Wines—the latter being where the most prestigious wineries will present the best wines made in Spain. This event serves as an unparalleled showcase, and Bodegas y Viñedos Pradorey has been selected for its quality, having surpassed 90 points in multiple wines in the Peñín Guide to Spanish Wines 2019, a prerequisite for participation.

The event is exclusively aimed at industry professionals. However, in its effort to bring the world of wine closer to everyone, Bodegas y Viñedos Pradorey will be raffling 10 double-entry tickets, each pair valued at €200, among its Facebook followers. This is a unique opportunity to discover and taste Spain’s finest wines. The winner will be announced on Pradorey’s social media on Sunday, October 28.

The 19th Hall of the Best Wines of Spain will open its doors on Monday, October 29, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Tuesday, October 30, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with uninterrupted access on both days.
