Pradorey Finca La Mina is a classic Ribera del Duero Reserva red wine. Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, it is both delicate and elegant, while also offering structure, depth, and complexity. Its careful winemaking, balance, and versatility make it an excellent match for a wide range of dishes, including roasted and game meats, pork-based recipes, aged and blue cheeses, mushroom dishes, and even desserts such as dark chocolate cake or blackberry and raspberry tart.

– Deep sandy-loam soils with limestone content, in top condition. Good for aged wines
– 100% Tempranillo clon élite
– Harvested manually
– Limited production: 50.316 bottles
– Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts at controlled temperature (28 °C)
– Total maceration time, 23 days
– Malolactic fermentation with wild bacteria in Nevers oak vats and new French oak barrels
– Malolactic fermentation with indigenous bacteria in Nevers oak wooden cones and new French oak barrels.
– Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
– SIGHT: Very bright, deep cherry-red
– NOSE: Complex and elegant, with predominating stewed red fruit, and ripe dark fruit; balsamic, spicy and smoky. Rich in tertiary aromas. A wine with a bouquet
– MOUTH: Silky entry, with interesting, long- lasting, ripe tannins. Very pleasant velvety, balsamic and ripe fruit sensations. Looking forward to long life
