Pradorey Finca Los Quemados is our commitment to authenticity in Ribera del Duero. In the midst of the pandemic, we planted 10 hectares of white grape varieties, with Albillo Mayor as the main protagonist. The “white queen” of the Ribera del Duero chessboard, a grape variety still worked by very few wineries, but destined to generate attention. When that happens, we will have already spent years exploring its potential. A unique, fresh, gastronomic, and simply elegant white wine.

– Single vineyard: Pago Los Quemados
– Altitude: Between 820 m and 840 m
– Terrain: – Flat plot with a slight upward slope towards the south
– Soil: Sandy-loam and clay-loam soils
– 100% Albillo Mayor
– Spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature between 14 – 16ºC
– Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts at controlled temperature (28 °C).
– 15% of the wine is aged on lees for 9 months in new American and French oak barrels
– The other 85% of the wine spends 9 months aging on lees in concrete tanks
– SIGHT: Clean, bright, and intense. Straw-yellow color with steely reflections and subtle evolution towards golden hues.
– NOSE: Complex and intense aromas. Prominent notes of ripe fruit such as pear and baked apple, over a citrus and candy background. Subtle hints of sourdough accompanied by touches of peach and banana.
– MOUTH: Fresh and persistent, with an intense and vertical entry. Citrus flavors become more pronounced. Sharp, vibrant sensation, well-balanced.
