Pradorey Finca Los Quemados is our commitment to authenticity in Ribera del Duero. In the midst of the pandemic, we planted 10 hectares of white grape varieties, with Albillo Mayor as the main protagonist. The “white queen” of the Ribera del Duero chessboard, a grape variety still worked by very few wineries, but destined to generate attention. When that happens, we will have already spent years exploring its potential. A unique, fresh, gastronomic, and simply elegant white wine.

– Single vineyard: Pago Los Quemados
– Altitude: Between 820 m and 840 m
– Flat plot with a gentle south-facing slope.
– Sandy loam and clay loam soils.
– 100% Albillo Mayor
– Fermentation in concrete and stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–16°C.
– Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts at controlled temperature (28 °C).
– 46% of the wine is aged on its lees for 7 months in new American and French oak barrels.
– The remaining 54% of the wine is aged on its lees for 7 months in concrete tanks.
– APPEARANCE: Clean, bright, and intense. Pale straw yellow in color with steely highlights and a subtle evolution toward golden hues.
– NOSE: Complex and intense aromas. Ripe fruit notes of pear and baked apple stand out, layered over a citrus and candied fruit background. Subtle hints of sourdough are complemented by nuances of peach and banana.
– PALATE: Fresh and persistent, with an intense, linear entry. Citrus notes become more pronounced on the palate, delivering a vibrant, crisp sensation with excellent balance.
